Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Ballon flute
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for classic method sparkling wines (or champenoise) and champagne: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, it favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion; the body of this glass is a little wider than a classic flute and favors the perception of more intense and complex aromas.

Description
The Oudeis Alta Langa DOCG Brut Millesimato is produced by the Enrico Serafino winery, which stands out in the panorama of Piedmontese viticulture for its capacity for innovation. To create this label, the company chooses the fineness of Pinot Noir, present for 80%, with the addition of Chardonnay grapes for the remaining 20%. Pinot Noir is the grape symbol of the denomination thanks to the fact that in these areas it achieves excellent qualitative results. Only the best grapes pass the selection phase, at the end of which the bunches are cooled before delicate pressing and subsequent fermentation at low temperatures. The refermentation in the bottle with the Classic Method provides for a rest on the lees which lasts an average of 42 months. To preserve the typical notes of the terroir, the "liqueur de expedition", added after disgorgement, does not contain distillates or anything else. Oudeis Alta Langa DOCG Brut Millesimato is excellent immediately, but can be enjoyed after 2-3 years in the cellar.
