'Oyell' Sauvignon Blanc Alto Adige DOC Laimburg 2019

Oyell Sauvignon Blanc Alto Adige DOC is a white wine with mineral scents, produced by the Laimburg winery. The label is obtained from the vinification of only grapes of the international Chardonnay variety, which reaches excellent levels on the Dolomite hills. The owned plots are located about 450 meters above sea level and are located in the locality of Montefranco, near Merano. Once the ideal degree of ripeness has been reached, the bunches are subjected to manual sorting before being transported to the cellar. Here the grapes are left to ferment at a controlled temperature in steel tanks. In the same vats the wine remains for 6 months, to then continue the refinement with a rest of another 6 months in large wooden barrels, before blending in view of bottling. Oyell Sauvignon Blanc Alto Adige DOC can be enjoyed immediately, as well as after further development of 2 to 3 years.
