Barolo Pajana is a red wine signed Domenico Clerico obtained from the pure use of Nebbiolo, the red grape variety typical for excellent Piedmontese. The winery's working group cultivates vines over forty years of age in the Ginestra cru, in Monforte. Once harvested, the grapes undergo a process of maceration in steel, and then subsequently aged in new barriques, before being bottled. Finally, the wine is aged in the bottle for two years before being sold. Thanks to its so particular olfactory and gustatory notes, Barolo Pajana is classified as a precious and important wine. What distinguishes it more than anything else is longevity; it is a red that evolves brilliantly, revealing its full maturity only after several years of rest in your cellar. For this reason, it lends itself to being an excellent investment, capable of giving pleasant emotions (of all kinds) even in very long times.
