Description

The essence of Franciacorta in Il Mosnel's version. The absence of added sugar (precisely Pas Dosè, not dosed) gives a pure sparkling wine, vibrant, dry and sharp. It takes at least 30 months in the silence of the seventeenth-century cellars of Mosnel for the Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco and Pinot Nero grapes to express all their harmony in Pas Dosé, an expression of the idea of Franciacorta that is most faithful to the territory and the vineyard. In the brilliant glass with golden hues and a delicate and persistent perlage, the aromatic profile is characterized by freshness and white fruit, herbaceous notes that anticipate a dry and sharp sip, dynamic in the fresh and sapid notes, with a persistent and harmonious finish.
