Born from the Friulian varieties Verduzzo and Riesling, "Pass the cookies!" from Cantina Di Lenardo is a sweet wine with character, delicious at the right point. This wine is the product of the best grapes of Friuli Venezia Giulia, carefully selected from the vineyards at the foot of the Friulian Alps. The fertile soil and mild climate create a favorable environment for the grapes, which are harvested while still partially unripe to ensure a high level of acidity. The grapes are then dried on special platforms, to concentrate the sugars present in the grapes as much as possible. This is followed by the fermentation phase, in which the grapes macerate for several months in large metal tanks before starting the aging process. The wine requires a further three months of maturation before being bottled, and at least a couple of months in the cellar after bottling to acquire optimal aroma. "Pass the cookies!" it has an intense golden color and a marked sweet aroma, which distinguishes it and makes it perfect for a dessert with dry pastries or alone, for meditation.
