Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description

Colline Pescaresi IGT "Pecorino" is a delicate white wine from Fattoria La Valentina, with a fresh and balanced body and an elegant harmony of flavours. The company is located in the municipality of Spoltore, in the province of Pescara, and is guided by principles related to respect for nature and eco-sustainability. The company relies on organic farming standards and modern processing methods: it aims to completely exclude chemical ingredients and limit waste as much as possible. The harvest takes place in the first half of September, when the grapes have reached the correct stage of ripeness thanks to the favorable climatic conditions of the place. For the production of Colline Pescaresi IGT "Pecorino" a soft pressing and a fermentation in steel are used. The vine is Pecorino, native to Abruzzo and known in Italy since the 13th century. The refinement of the white in question is due not only to the high quality of the grapes, but also to the care that the cellar shows towards every single phase of the manufacturing process.
