It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description
The Nebbiolo Perbacco from the prestigious Piedmontese winery Vietti is an elegant red, the result of the vinification of 100% Nebbiolo grapes, coming from vineyards grown in the Langhe DOC denomination area. A high quality wine in full Vietti style, for a very expressive label, which well describes the terroir of reference, and which thanks to its peculiarity has obtained various national and international awards, including that of the prestigious magazine Wine Spectator, which he defined an excellent wine. Nebbiolo Perbacco takes its body from grapes mainly from the Nebbiolo da Barolo and Nebbiolo da Barbaresco vineyards. After the harvest, the bunches of the different vineyards are taken to the cellar, where an alcoholic fermentation in steel and a malolactic fermentation in wood follow separately. From separate fermentations wines with different characteristics are produced. Some of these are matured first in barriques and then in large barrels, while others are aged only in large barrels. All the wines mature for 24 months, after which it is decided which ones need to be blended. The final product is a great red, an intense wine with an enveloping sip, which emerges for its commendable persistence.
