'Pertichetta' Croatina Grappa Vigneti Massa 2009 50 cl. Cunning

The Pertichetta Grappa di Croatina is a distillate produced in the Vigneti Massa winery. For this product, the company makes use of the collaboration of the master distiller Capovilla, in order to create a bottle of prestige and great exclusivity. The result is that of a label that best represents the fruit of a collaboration of excellence. The pomace used for distillation comes from Croatian grapes, a native species typical of the Tortona hills. They are fermented to allow the sugars to transform into alcohol, an operation which takes place in a still. To reduce the alcoholic volume, spring water is added, until the desired alcohol content is reached which varies on the basis of some factors, such as any aging and the type of grappa to be obtained. The distillate is put on the market without passing through the barrels. The Pertichetta Grappa di Croatina is an intense and soft grappa, which can be kept for a long time before being tasted.
