Glass
It is the perfect glass for structured, intense, aged red wines or potentially suitable for refinement; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is possible by the prolonged contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous cup size.

Longevity
This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored, for at least another 7-8 years.

Description

A large cellar, a large wine. It starts with a manual harvest to collect the 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Merlot grapes that will make up this excellent blend. The red color is beautiful, very deep and concentrated. The aging in wood gives delicate hints of oak, it is wonderfully complex, with hints of spices (white pepper, cloves) and very ripe red fruit. In keeping with the bouquet, the wine is beautifully balanced on the palate. The oak is well integrated, there are notes of licorice and red fruit. The tannin is silky and shows excellent concentration. This classy and elegant wine is delicious with veal, game or duck.
