Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description

Petit Chablis is a white wine born to be drunk young. This wine is produced by the prestigious French winery Domaine Laroche which, born a century and a half ago from an idea of the Laroche family, reached its peak of success with Michel Laroche. This important production company in Burgundy was the first to have obtained the ISO 9002 certification mark. The label in question boasts the Chablis AOC classification and comes from the vinification of 100% Chardonnay grapes, the fruit of vines grown on calcareous soil, which gives the grapes the special minerality typical of the Grand Crus. Petit Chablis takes shape from a careful harvest, after which the grapes are transferred to the cellar to be processed. After the fermentation process, the wine matures in steel on the fine lees for 6 months, then it is bottled. The finished product is a particularly fresh and enveloping white. A very aromatic and balanced label, for a delicate wine with a dry sip.
