Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description
Noble vine of French origin, born in the Pyrenees area, Petit Manseng is grown in a few areas in Italy, but with excellent results. Here is a brilliant example with the Petit Manseng Lazio IGT from the Casale del Giglio winery, one of the most important realities in the Lazio wine scene. The winery is located about 50 km south of Rome, in the Agro Pontino, where the 164 hectares of cultivated land are affected by the breezes from the Tyrrhenian Sea which create the perfect climate for the ripening of the grapes. The best bunches are selected and pressed, fermenting for 10 days. The must thus obtained undergoes optimal maturation in steel tanks for 6 months. The resulting product is a white with a rich and aromatic sip with a pleasant refreshing sensation on the finish. The Petit Manseng Lazio IGT wine can be drunk immediately or left to rest in the cellar for 2-3 years, preserving its characteristics and its intense and slightly spicy aroma.
