'Pétracine' Langhe Riesling DOC Vajra 2020

The Pétracine Langhe Riesling DOC white wine from the Vajra winery is obtained using only fine Riesling grapes. The vineyards are located in the heart of the land of Nebbiolo, the Langhe, and have found an ideal habitat to grow optimally thanks to the excellent combination of the fertility of the calcareous and clayey soils and the climatic conditions characterized by strong temperature variations between day and night . For over 40 years, the cellar has specialized in the production of quality wines, an expression of the reference territory. To produce the Pétracine Langhe Riesling DOC wine, particular attention is paid right from the harvest, done by hand in order to select the best bunches. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks followed by maturation in wooden barrels before refinement in the bottle. In this way an elegant and refined wine is obtained, perfectly balanced, easy to drink, with a beautiful expressive power, vinified and aged in steel. It expresses herbaceous sensations, of flowers and yellow fruit and has a mineral, harmonious, fresh and elegant taste, with a pleasant aroma and character.
