The Liqueur au Cognac Café is a label created by the Peyrot company, which proves to be perfect for sealing convivial occasions with sweet and bitter notes. Thanks to the experience of the company, one of the most appreciated realities for the production of flavored cognacs, this liqueur synthesizes the vigor of the coffee with the softness of the distillate. It is made by combining just over half of Cognac de Grande Champagne (51%) with 20% of natural coffee aromas. The remaining percentage, intended for a syrup produced according to a recipe jealously guarded by the company, serves to make the result even more refined and pleasant. The production philosophy, based on respect for tradition, does not include the use of dyes: it follows that the captivating color of this liqueur is the result of the presence of coffee inside.
