Pfefferer is born from the precious grapes of the Colterenzio winery, a wine belonging to the "classic" line which takes its name from the South Tyrolean variety of the same name. In fact, there is a particular denomination of a type of muscat in the area, which, due to its spicy taste, means "pepper" in the language of the area, and gives rise to the name Pfefferer. The vineyards of the winery are located on the fertile soils of South Tyrol, and present the ideal conditions for the growth of the best grape varieties: cultivation at different levels in gravelly and sandy areas, the great temperature difference between day and night and the subsequent aging in steel tanks and concrete barrels give body and character to the wine from the South Tyrolean cellar. The Pfefferer is made only from yellow Muscat, a type of fruity grape with a particular spicy tone. A white wine with a pleasant aftertaste and marked freshness, which make it ideal for an aperitif with friends.
