Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Ballon flute
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for classic method sparkling wines (or champenoise) and champagne: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, it favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion; the body of this glass is a little wider than a classic flute and favors the perception of more intense and complex aromas.

Description
Piancastello Zero Riserva Trento DOC Millesimato is produced by the Dolomite winery Endrizzi . It is the fruit of a balanced blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, two international varieties which have found the ideal environment to thrive at the foot of the Trentino hills. The vineyards are cultivated according to the Guyot system and are located near the Castle of Monreale, where the vines have their roots in calcareous soils. Once the harvest is completed with manual sorting, the grapes are left to ferment in stainless steel tanks. Consistent with the Champenoise Method, the aging on the lees coincides with the second fermentation in the bottle, which lasts for about 4 years. During the disgorgement phase, no dosage liquid is added, in order to preserve the purity of the varietal aromas. Piancastello Zero Riserva Trento DOC Millesimato can be tasted with pleasure immediately, as well as after a rest in the cellar for 7-8 years.
