Friuli Isonzo Sauvignon DOC Picol from the prestigious historic Lis Neris winery is a high quality Friulian white, a wine that perfectly expresses the greatness of a winery that entered the world of wine history way back in 1879. A terroir wine that makes honor to a wine-growing area of great value like that of Friuli Isonzo DOC. Made with 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes, this wine with an important longevity has obtained important awards, including the 5 bunches of the Bibenda Guide, which defined this white wine of excellence. A label with an undisputed personality, the result of the manual harvest, carried out in the month of September, of carefully selected bunches, which once in the cellar follow a fermentation in steel tanks, after which they ripen for 8 months on the fine lees in the same containers, after the which Friuli Isonzo Sauvignon DOC Picol is bottled. Before being marketed, however, there is still a short aging in glass. The result is a soft, balanced white with a sapid and fresh sip. A medium-bodied, elegant and aromatic wine. To try.
