Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description
Pinot Bianco Alto Adige Doc , a white wine that stands out for its minerality and elegance, is a label produced by the Cantina di Terlano . In the locality, to which the name of the winery pays homage, the microclimatic conditions for the cultivation of the Pinot Bianco grape are ideal. The grapes of this fine variety are grown in vineyards of variable height and, once they have reached maturity, carefully selected by hand and taken to the cellar to be vinified alone. Here the process begins with a delicate pressing and racking which favors the natural sedimentation, to then continue with a controlled temperature fermentation in large steel containers. To keep its freshness and mineral scents intact, the refinement always takes place in steel and lasts for about six or seven months. The result is an ideal wine to be enjoyed immediately after bottling to better appreciate its characteristics. At the table, Pinot Bianco Alto Adige Doc adapts perfectly to fish dishes.
