It is the perfect goblet for white wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile and this is possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description
Pinot Bianco Barthenau Vigna San Michele Alto Adige DOC is a soft and fragrant white wine from the renowned Hofstatter winery. To produce this label, only Pinot Bianco grapes are vinified, a very common vine in the South Tyrolean area. Thanks to the microclimate and soils that characterize these places, in fact, the variety manages to express itself with finesse. At the end of meticulous management of the practices in the vineyard, the grapes are carefully selected, transported to the cellar and left to ferment in steel tanks. The wine ages for twelve months on the fine lees in oak vats of different sizes: this process gives life to a final result full of soft and complex scents. Pinot Bianco Barthenau Vigna San Michele Alto Adige DOC is perfect already after bottling, even if it boasts enormous potential for further refinement, even for 2 or 3 years.
