Pinot Grigio Collio DOC Villa Folini

Obtained entirely from Pinot Grigio grapes, a variety also called Ruländer when it was introduced in the Gorizia area in the second half of the 19th century. It immediately proved to be very suitable for the clayey marls of the Collio, in particular for the slopes of these hills. Then follows the conservation "sur lie" until bottling. Brilliant straw yellow, with slight reflections tending towards copper. The nose is delicate and elegant, recalling the vegetable scents of tomato leaves, peaches and ripe apples. Savory and gentle, its strong point is balance, leaving a pleasant bitterish aftertaste that invites you to take another sip.
