Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description
Pinot Grigio Friuli Venezia Giulia DOC is a light and fragrant white wine, made by the Ramuscello winery. It is obtained from the single-variety vinification of Pinot Grigio grapes, a native variety recognizable by its shades of color tending towards copper. The plots are located on a particularly suitable terroir. The vines sink their roots into a stony soil rich in minerals, which gives the grapes finesse. When they reach full maturity, the bunches are subjected to careful manual selection during the harvest. Upon arrival in the cellar, the grapes are gently pressed and left to ferment in large steel tanks. In the same containers the wine ages for about six months in contact with the lees, to then rest for a few months in glass, after bottling. Perfect immediately, Pinot Grigio Friuli Venezia Giulia DOC can evolve pleasantly if carefully stored for 1 or 2 years.
