The Pinot Grigio "Fuoripista" from the Foradori winery is an exceptional organic wine, made following the production philosophy of the Triple A association, of which the company is a member. A thick label, with a minimal amount of sulphites and made exclusively with indigenous yeasts. A natural white, the result of craftsmanship both in the vineyard and in the cellar. Pinot Grigio "Fuoripista" is a macerated wine, the result of a vinification of 100% Pinot Grigio grapes. What makes this white a special wine is not only the Pinot Grigio, but its particular fermentation in amphorae and a subsequent refinement of 8 months in the same containers, where the wine remains in contact with the skins. The result is a white that does not undergo any filtration, an interesting label that has obtained several national and international awards. A warm wine, of medium structure, which emerges for its savory and slightly velvety sip. An elegant white, pleasantly enveloping, soft and persistent, excellent drunk today and particularly surprising if left to rest in the cellar for a few years.
