Pinot Noir 'Bottega Vinai' Trentino DOC Cavit 2020

Pinot Nero Bottega Vinai Trentino DOC is an elegant and fragrant red wine, made by the Cavit winery. This label is obtained from the exclusive vinification of Pinot Nero grapes, a prized international variety which for many decades has found the ideal environment in which to spread at the foot of the Dolomites. The plots overlooking the city of Trento are located approximately 400 meters above sea level. On substrates of morainic origin the vines grow luxuriantly until the harvest with selection of the best bunches. Once in the cellar, the grapes undergo alcoholic fermentation with maceration on the skins in large steel tanks. The subsequent refinement involves a rest of a few months always in steel before bottling. Pinot Nero Bottega Vinai Trentino DOC is a perfect red immediately, but capable of reserving pleasant sensations even after a couple of years of further evolution.
