Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored, for at least another 2-3 years.

Description
The Pinot Noir Cru Selection is an elegant red wine from the Slovenian winery Simcic Marjan . The label is obtained from the single-variety vinification of Pinot Noir grapes, an international vine that expresses itself very finely on the denomination's lands. The vines, facing south-east, are located 200 meters above sea level and stand on a calcareous substrate. Thanks to organic cultivation it is possible to preserve the balance of the ecosystem up to the manual harvest phase which provides for a careful selection of the healthiest bunches. In the cellar, the grapes are delicately pressed and then left to ferment with maceration on the skins in large oak barrels for a couple of weeks. The aging takes place in oak barrels, one third of which on the first passage, and lasts about two and a half years. Perfect immediately, Pinot Nero Cru Selection is able to reserve pleasant surprises even after 5-6 years of further rest in the cellar.
