Glass
It is the perfect glass for structured, intense, aged red wines or potentially suitable for refinement; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is possible by the prolonged contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous cup size.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored, for at least another 7-8 years.

Description
Pinot Noir Mazon Alto Adige DOC is a red wine produced by the South Tyrolean winery Kollerhof . This label is obtained from the single-variety vinification of grapes of the international Pinot Noir vine, which express themselves in a very fine way on the vineyards located in the municipality of Egna. On the Mazon plateau, the vines benefit enormously from the microclimate, as well as from the strong temperature variations between day and night. Once the ideal level of ripeness has been reached, the healthiest bunches are selected and harvested manually. The grapes are placed to macerate and ferment inside temperature-controlled steel tanks. This is followed by the refinement phase, which initially involves a year of rest in wooden barrels and a passage in steel vats before bottling. Excellent immediately, Pinot Nero Mazon Alto Adige DOC can be enjoyed with enormous satisfaction even after 3-4 years of further evolution.
