Description
Pinot Noir is a red wine signed by the German company Loius Guntrum, a reality that has been present and recognized in the Rhine valley area for eleven generations. This intense, fragrant red with a surprising taste is obtained from the vinification of only grapes from the great Pinot Noir vine, which in this geographical region does not fail to reserve pleasant surprises. After a careful harvest, the wine is fermented and aged in oak barrels. Thanks to the passage in wood, this red wine acquires much more complex scents and a softness that attenuates the acidity which is however always present. In any case, its great richness remains its aromatic complexity which goes from floral notes to soft berries and which will only improve in the coming years.
