Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect glass for light and medium-structured red wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description

The Valle d'Aosta DOC Pinot Noir DOC wine produced by the prestigious Aosta cooperative society La Crotta di Vegneron, is an exceptional red, the result of the meticulous work in the vineyard and in the cellar of more than 70 members committed to respecting the environment and local winemaking tradition. This label comes from the single-variety vinification of a typical Burgundy grape, Pinot Noir, a vine that has adapted well to low-altitude soils and the mountain climate of Valle d'Aosta. The vines exposed to the south give a wine of considerable interest, the result of a meticulous harvest. After harvesting, the grapes are transported to the cellar, where they first undergo a cold maceration process, then a fermentation in steel. Subsequently the Vallée d'Aoste Pinot Noir DOC ages in steel for 8 months. The final product is a red that has obtained the 4 bunches from the Bibenda Guide. A balanced, harmonious and well-structured label for a fine, versatile, particularly fresh wine that emerges for its long closure.
