The Pack of 12 of Po Morbida (Moscato) is a product signed by the Venetian distillery Poli Jacopo, a production reality that has become synonymous with high quality grappa. Obtained from the pomace of two varieties of Moscato, respectively Moscato Giallo and Moscato Bianco, this grappa represents a truly fascinating product, capable of gathering unanimous approval. From two vines belonging to the same family, but which vary in origin, harvest and vinification, a mix of unique scents is obtained, which makes this grappa extremely pleasant to drink. The distillation takes place in small batches and in a completely traditional way: in fact, it involves a passage through a bain-marie alembic which is used in a discontinuous cycle.
