Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description
Porer Pinot Grigio Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC is a white wine made by Alois Lageder , historic producer who has contributed significantly to the winemaking history of this area. The label is obtained from the single-variety vinification of Pinot Grigio grapes, grown in the vineyards of Magrè, in the province of Bolzano, according to a biodynamic regime. The soil on which the vines stand is sandy and calcareous, an aspect that gives the grapes a good minerality. Following the harvest in the last ten days of August, the grapes are taken to the cellar and placed in large steel tanks and wooden barrels, where a process of spontaneous fermentation on the lees begins. Aging continues for nine months on the fine lees, both in barriques and in steel containers. During the blending, a small part of the grapes which have remained in contact with the skins and stalks for a year is added. This peculiarity makes Porer Pinot Grigio Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC an original and intense white wine.
