Porto Tawny NIEPOORT

Porto Tawny Niepoort is a fortified wine from the enchanting Duero valley, more precisely in Portugal. To give life to this product is the company Niepoort, born in 1842, which still goes on in its success thanks to the collaboration and professionalism of the whole family, reconciling innovation and tradition at the same time. The grapes used come from vineyards in the Cima Corgo region, along the banks of the spectacular Duero River. Several harvests are made for the production of Tawny Niepoort Port, a characteristic which gives this wine a pleasing crispness. The aging of Porto Tawny Niepoort takes place through the use of characteristic oak barrels, where the maturation will last for about three years. Being a fresh and young wine, it does not require decantation, it is balanced on the palate and the characteristic gustatory sensations it releases enjoy excellent persistence, an element that makes Porto Tawny Niepoort a fine wine.
