'Prail' Sauvignon Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC Cantina Colterenzio 2022

From the historic South Tyrolean vineyards, the Cantina Colterenzio presents Sauvignon 'Prail', the result of a selection of the best grapes and a line that promotes unparalleled quality. The cultivation of the Sauvignon 'Prail' grapes takes place on South Tyrolean soils of morainic origin, which have a calcareous subsoil suitable for the cultivation of this particular variety. During the harvest, the grapes are picked, carefully selected and then left to ferment for two weeks in steel containers. Subsequently, the wine will be left to age for a further six months in steel barrels to obtain the strong taste that characterizes it, before being carefully bottled to reach our tables. Sauvignon 'Prail' is the result of a careful selection of Sauvignon grapes, which give this white wine a marked aromatic note and a light, dry and fresh taste. Its characteristics make it perfect for any occasion, especially to be enjoyed for an aperitif with friends.
