Recommended glass
Glass
Ballon flute
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for classic method sparkling wines (or champenoise) and champagne: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, it favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion; the body of this glass is a little wider than a classic flute and favors the perception of more intense and complex aromas.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored.

Description
Propàgo Alta Langa DOCG Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut Millesimato is a label from the range of Enrico Serafino , a producer in constant pursuit of excellence in sparkling wine. It is with this in mind that the company decided to produce one of the first examples of Blanc de Blancs of the appellation. Before being vinified alone, the Chardonnay grapes are carefully selected to ensure compliance with high quality standards. A soft pressing follows, at the end of which the must ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. As per tradition, the process continues with the refermentation in the bottle, which allows the wine to age on the lees for a minimum period of three years. The small quantity of liquid that is added after disgorgement is the result of a jealously guarded recipe. Excellent right from the start, Propàgo Alta Langa DOCG Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut Millesimato gives extraordinary sensations even after 5-6 years of careful storage in the cellar.
