Ideal for Charmat method sparkling wines: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, this glass favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion. The narrow opening helps the concentration of the perfumes.

Description
Prosecco Rosé DOC is a sparkling wine produced by the Albino Armani winery. This label is the result of a blend that mostly includes Glera grapes, the quintessential variety of Prosecco, and 10% Pinot Noir grapes, an international vine suitable for sparkling wine. The vineyards owned by the company are located in the Alta Grave Friulana area, which is characterized by karst soils rich in minerals. The vines are cultivated using the Guyot system, which allows you to take full advantage of the optimal conditions between the rows. When they reach full maturity, the bunches are selected and harvested by hand. After quick maceration on the skins and separate alcoholic fermentation by variety, the lots are blended. This is followed by a second fermentation in an autoclave for at least two months, as required by the Charmat Method. Prosecco Rosé DOC is a perfect sparkling wine to be enjoyed shortly after bottling, when the fresh varietal notes emerge.
