Description
From the historic vineyards of the South Tyrolean territory, the Alto Adige Pinot Grigio "Puiten" of the Colterenzio winery embodies the refined essence of the territory of birth. The precious grapes that contribute to the creation of this wine are born in selected vineyards, which have roots in the gravelly and sandy soils of South Tyrol. The grapes are carefully selected and left to ferment in large steel tanks. Subsequently, the wine is left to mature for ten months divided between steel vats and tonneau before being bottled and ready for our tables. The separate maturation gives a refined particularity to this wine, making it a product of high quality and unique flavour. The Alto Adige Pinot Grigio "Puiten" is a white wine with character, with a typical light straw yellow color and a marked fruity taste. Its accentuated freshness makes it perfect for an aperitif with friends or a dinner with friends.
