Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Ballon flute
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for classic method sparkling wines (or champenoise) and champagne: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, it favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion; the body of this glass is a little wider than a classic flute and favors the perception of more intense and complex aromas.

Description

The Quintopasso Cuvée Paradiso Spumante Metodo Classico Brut is a style label, with a strong territorial hint. This VSQ (Quality Sparkling Wine) is offered by the Modenese farm Cleto Chiarli, a prestigious production company active in the Italian wine world for five generations. These bubbles are the product of the processing of 100% Chardonnay (80%) and Sorbara (20%) grapes, the result of a truly unusual and original blend. The Quintopasso Cuvée Paradiso Spumante Metodo Classico Brut takes shape from a meticulous harvest done by hand in boxes, during the first week of October. After harvesting, the bunches are immediately transported to the cellar, where they undergo a soft pressing. Subsequently, it is made into sparkling wine with the Classic method and, before the final disgorgement, the wine is aged on the lees for about 2 years. The result is an elegant label, with a fresh and very satisfying sip. A perfectly balanced sparkling wine, able to surprise at every sip.
