'Quor Riserva' Franciacorta DOCG Brut Nature La Montina 2016 Boxed

Quor Riserva Franciacorta DOCG Brut Nature is a sparkling wine made by the Brescian winery La Montina . Produced only in the best vintages, the label is obtained from a very balanced blend which includes the two international vines Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The plots are located near Monticelli Brusati, where the vines grow luxuriantly until the time of the harvest. Upon arrival in the cellar, the grapes are left to ferment in steel tanks, while about half of the bunches of Chardonnay ferment in wood. In line with the style of the Classic Method, the wine ages on the lees during the second fermentation in the bottle, which in this case lasts six years. During disgorgement, a minimum quantity of liquer d'expédition is added. Quor Riserva Franciacorta DOCG Brut Nature can be appreciated immediately, as well as following a rest in the cellar for several years.
