Glass
It is the perfect glass for structured, intense, aged red wines or potentially suitable for refinement; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is possible by the prolonged contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous cup size.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored, for at least another 7-8 years.

Description
Rabajà Barbaresco DOCG Riserva is a noble and structured red wine produced by the Produttori del Barbaresco winery. The label is obtained from the vinification of only Nebbiolo grapes, the most representative native variety of the area. The bunches come exclusively from the Rabajà cru, one of the most renowned in the area. This vineyard boasts a substrate rich in sand, limestone and clay, as well as an optimal south-westerly sun exposure. After the careful manual harvest, only the best bunches reach the cellar, where they are pressed and left to ferment for a month in contact with the skins in stainless steel tanks. The refinement involves two steps, the first of which involves the use of oak barrels, where the wine remains three years before spending another year in glass after bottling. With its important structure, Rabajà Barbaresco DOCG Riserva lends itself to long evolutions of over ten years.
