Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored.

Description
The Chianti Classico Riserva Rancia red wine from the prestigious Fattoria di Fèlsina, located in the southern area of the Chianti Classico, is the fruit of 100% Sangiovese grapes from the Rancia vineyard located in the Poggio area. An intense DOCG for a Chianti Riserva which is the full expression of the local terroir and the highest mirror of the Tuscan winemaking art. Chianti Classico Riserva Rancia is the result of a harvest performed exclusively by hand, followed by a vinification in stainless steel tanks, after which, between the months of March and April, the wine is transferred to new French oak, where it ages for a period ranging from 18 months to 20 months depending on the vintage, after which the Sangiovese is bottled. However, before being marketed it must still mature for 6-8 months in the bottle. The result is a rich, intense red wine with a good structure, excellent tasted young and exceptional if left to rest in the cellar, where it can mature for many years.
