Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description

Ravello Bianco Costa d'Amalfi DOC is a fragrant white wine from the Campania winery Marisa Cuomo . The label is the fruit of a blend that includes two native varieties, Falanghina and Biancolella, which express themselves in a fine and elegant way on the Amalfi coast. The south-west facing plots rise to 350 meters above sea level and have a substrate made up of limestone rocks. The vines are cultivated using the espalier and pergola systems, which favor optimal growth of the bunches. The manual harvest at the beginning of October is followed by destemming and crushing. The grapes are then left to ferment at a controlled temperature for about a month. For ageing, the company relies on stainless steel tanks, where the wine remains for four months. Ravello Bianco Costa d'Amalfi DOC is a white wine designed to be enjoyed shortly after bottling, when the fresh varietal notes emerge strongly.
