Description

We are in the presence of a very rare and curious wine, that is a "sparkling" version (with the Charmat Method) of the classic Recioto della Valpolicella. Sweet red wine, it has an intoxicating fruity aroma, between raspberry and black cherry, while the taste has a finish of cherry jam and raisin. A rainbow of enveloping flavours. Limited production, ideal for celebrating festive moments, traditionally Christmas and Easter. To try absolutely with the sbrisolona (typical Veronese sweet), cantucci and Pandoro.
