Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored, for at least another 2-3 years.

Description

The Irpinia DOC Aglianico Redimore from the historic Mastroberardino Campania winery is a great red fruit from the vineyards grown on the Mirabella Eclano estate, in the Irpinia Aglianico DOC. This label is the result of meticulous recovery and selection of old clones of Aglianico from a hundred-year-old vineyard. A red with great longevity that takes shape from pure Aglianico grapes. After a harvest done by hand at the end of October, the grapes are taken to the cellar, then followed by a red vinification performed with a long maceration on the skins, after which the Irpinia DOC Aglianico Redimore is aged for a year in barriques oak, after which it is bottled. Before being placed on the market, however, it ages in glass for another 6 months. The result is a label with a complex bouquet, particularly aromatic and enveloping. A wine of great structure, for an intense red, with a full sip and a long persistence. To try.
