'Regaleali' Nero d'Avola Sicily DOC Tasca d'Almerita 2020

The Regaleali Nero d'Avola IGT from the historic Sicilian winery Tasca d'Almerita is an elegant red produced with total respect for a land, Sicily, with a strong winemaking tradition. This wine is the result of the vinification of the indigenous Nero D'avola grape in purity. The result is a more than successful label which has obtained various national and international awards, including that of the renowned American magazine Wine Spectator. The Regaleali Nero d'Avola IGT takes shape from the grapes of the Regaleali estate which, rigorously harvested by hand, once in the cellar, follow a fermentation process with maceration in contact with the skins in steel, after which the wine ages 6 months for the 50 % in steel and the remaining 50% in Slavonian oak barrels. The result is an exceptional terroir red, an intense, soft, spicy and perfectly balanced wine. A great classic of considerable depth, for a label with an intiguing sip, able to surprise at every sip.
