Ribolla Gialla Friuli Colli Orientali DOC is a white wine produced by the Sirch winery, a reality intent on enhancing the peculiarities of the denomination. The label is obtained from the vinification of only Ribolla Gialla grapes, a native variety particularly representative of the territory. On the plots of Cividale del Friuli the vines have their roots on soils composed mainly of marl and sandstone. The mineral richness of the substrates allows the vines to draw all the nutrients necessary for a luxuriant development. When they reach full maturity, the bunches are selected and harvested by hand. The vinification begins with the delicate pressing of the grapes and continues with the alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks at a carefully controlled temperature. The wine remains in the same containers for the subsequent six-month refinement. Ribolla Gialla Friuli Colli Orientali DOC is a ready-to-drink white, to be ideally appreciated shortly after bottling to savor its varietal freshness.
