Ribolla Gialla Venezia Giulia IGT Masut da Rive 2021

The Ribolla Gialla Venezia Giulia IGT is a mineral white wine from the Masut da Rive winery. This label is the result of the vinification of Ribolla Gialla grapes, a native white grape variety that stands out for its aromatic scents. The plots are located near Mariano del Friuli, not far from the Isonzo river. On the lands rich in smooth stones and red clay, the vines find the nutrients necessary for optimal development up to the moment of the manual harvest with selection of the healthiest bunches. Upon arrival in the cellar the grapes are de-stemmed and pressed. This is followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature in steel tanks. In the same tanks the wine remains to refine in contact with the lees for a few months until bottling. Perfect right from the start, Ribolla Gialla Venezia Giulia IGT can reserve pleasant surprises even after a couple of years of further evolution.
