'Ribolla Gialla' Venezia Giulia IGT Radikon 2012 50 Cl

The Ribolla Gialla Radikon from the renowned Friulian farm Radikon is a very thick Venezia Giulia IGT. Produced following the philosophy (natural wines) of the Triple A association, to which the winery adheres, this white is an artisanal label created with the highest respect for the winemaking tradition of the area. A natural wine with no added sulphites, the fruit of 100% Ribolla Gialla grapes from a historic Friulian vine grown in the Oslavia countryside, without the use of any chemical treatment. This organic white takes shape from a harvest of the grapes carried out exclusively by hand during the month of October, after which the bunches are taken to the cellar, where they undergo a fermentation on the skins in oak vats, then the Ribolla Gialla Radikon wine is aged for about 40 months in oak barrels, after which it is bottled. Before being marketed, however, it still ages in glass for 18 months. The result is a white that stands out for its excellent evolution, perfect drunk today, it can rest in the cellar for a few years. An exceptional label, for a wine with good persistence, aromatic, intense and complex.
