Riesling Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC Laimburg 2020

Riesling Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC is a fresh and fragrant white wine, made by the Laimburg winery. The label is the result of the pure vinification of Riesling grapes, a white grape variety of German origin which, in the shadow of the Dolomites, expresses itself in an excellent way. The plots from which the bunches come are located both near Montefranco, not far from Merano, and in Seeborg, a locality near Bressanone. The manual harvest allows you to select only the grapes that have reached the perfect sugar concentration thanks to the strong temperature changes. Upon arrival in the cellar, the grapes are destemmed and gently pressed. The subsequent fermentation takes place inside stainless steel tanks of different capacities. The wine ages on the fine lees for about eight months before being bottled. Riesling Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC can be appreciated immediately, as well as after a couple of years.
