Riesling Kabinett Feinherb Bruno Mosel is a white wine with a pleasant sapidity, produced by the appreciated German winery Karthäuserhof . It is obtained from the exclusive vinification of grapes of the autochthonous semi-aromatic Riesling vine. The owned plots are located in the suitable area of Trier and stand out for their remarkable slope level, which makes viticulture heroic. Thanks to a skilful work in the vineyard, the optimal conditions deriving from the microclimate and the mineral richness of the soils are preserved. When they reach full maturity, the bunches undergo careful manual selection before harvesting. Once in the cellar, the grapes are gently pressed and then left to ferment in temperature-controlled steel tanks. The use of steel, also for the quick refinement, allows to preserve the freshness and the typical scents of the vine.
