'Riserva 2000' Marsala DOC Vergine Cantine Pellegrino 2000

The Riserva 2000 Marsala DOC Vergine is the classic version that best represents the Sicilian tradition and the history of Marsala. Then follows a phase of fermentation at a controlled temperature and fortifications with brandy, until the optimal alcohol content is reached. Finally, before bottling, the wine spends a long period of aging in oak barrels.
