'Riserva Graal' Spumante Trento DOC Brut Altemasi 2015

Riserva Graal Spumante Brut Trento DOC is produced by the Dolomite winery Altemasi . This label is the result of a blend that includes Chardonnay grapes, present for 70% and Pinot Noir grapes for the remaining 30%. The two international vines are grown on hilly terrain at about 500 meters above sea level, where the substrate boasts a rich mineral composition. Once fully ripe, the best bunches are harvested strictly by hand during the harvest. The vinification begins with the alcoholic fermentation, a phase which takes place in large steel tanks. During the second fermentation in the bottle required by the Classic Method, the wine ages on its lees for six years. At disgorgement, the dosing syrup is added in a minimum quantity. Riserva Graal Spumante Brut Trento DOC boasts the potential to be appreciated with satisfaction after careful storage in the cellar for 5-6 years.
