Glass: Large Goblet
: It is the perfect goblet for white wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile and this is possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.
Temperature: 12-14 °C
Longevity: This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored.
Pairings: Smoked fish appetizers, White meat, Aged cheese, Grilled fish, Mushroom risotto

Description

History attests that the Arneis vine finds its first mention in a document of 1478 preserved in the municipality of Canale. It stands out for its refinement and elegance, starting with a deep straw yellow color with greenish reflections, continuing with intense aromas of flowers and fresh fruit and concluding, in the mouth, harmonious round with a delicately bitter aftertaste. Recommended temperature 8-10°C. Excellent white in a land of Great Reds.
