Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description
Roero Arneis DOCG is a wine produced at the Palladino winery in Serralunga d'Alba. The main feature of the company is the strong link with tradition and the territory, therefore it stands out for the production of bottles of high prestige. The grapes come from the Arneis vines, grown on soils of marl and sandy origin, exposed to the South/East at about 250 meters above sea level. The temperate climate helps to give greater expression and structure to the crops. The preferred training system in the vineyard is the simple Guyot. After the manual harvest, soft pressing is carried out, while the next step is that of fermentation for a long period in steel tanks, in order to best enhance the characteristics of the blend. After refinement, always in steel tanks, it is bottled and put on the market. Roero Arneis DOCG is a persistent and delicate wine, perfect for ready to drink.
